Settling In

Well, we are settling in to our life. The kids get up at 6 in the morning and are hungry right away. They want eggs! After that they have to go and see our neighbor's horses. We clean their rooms, play a few games and then eat lunch. Again, they like to eat. They eat supper at 6 or so and want to put on their pajamas right away. After some tv or games or puzzles, they go to bed and I read to Nicolas and Mary spends some time with Diana. We have discussed switching that around a bit and me taking Diana, etc. It seems that she wants to spend some time with me, but Nicolas won't allow it. We have to work on that. She needs some Papi time.

The kids went to the doctor today and got 5 shots each! They did not appreciate that a lick! But, these were important because they are going to be starting school Monday. They will be enrolled at REBUL Academy just 7 minutes from the house. The classes are small and the teachers and students are excited about them coming. Several of our Church kids go there.

Tonight we celebrated Mary's birthday - the kids were very excited and couldn't hardly wait to give Mary her card from them. Our good friends Ric and Peggy Thompson came over and had dinner with us, and we had a good time.

We will see how school affects them. We hope that the structure is going to help. Stay tuned...
