Taking Flight
It has probably been 20 years since Mary and I first discussed the prospect of adopting some day. The thought of reaching out to those who have no hope of a family and taking them in was always a romantic idea I guess. It is funny how you get used to a dream. But, after all these years of dreaming of adopting I find myself getting on a plane today - heading to Bogota Colombia where my dreams will take flight, and I will meet my kids. This is going to be a crazy week.

I just saw that your spanish word of the day is "subir" which means to climb or go up. How appropriate since you're going up in an plane! It also means to increase. Many blessings as you increase your family! Thinking of you guys!
